Carli graduated from the University of Bristol in 2009 and worked in small animal first opinion for 10 years, gaining post graduate certificates in small animal medicine, cardiology and diagnostic imaging. In 2019, she undertook a rotating internship at Southfields Veterinary specialists, which progressed to an imaging specific internship at the University of Cambridge. Carli was successful in securing a coveted diagnostic imaging residency at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in 2022.
After successfully completing her Master’s in Veterinary Medicine and her imaging residency at the RVC, she has continued to work at the RVC as Staff Clinician in Small Animal Diagnostic imaging. Carli recently passed her final board exams to become a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging in January 2026.
Carli’s favourite imaging modality is ultrasound with a particular interest in feline imaging and teaching.
